After going through a deep financial crisis, it recovered and is now experiencing a new chapter. However, the image of an institution facing problems still lingers — and that needs to change.
The goal started from this point: to rebuild the brand’s image and amplify the message of credibility, showing that the Institute of Cardiology is the right place to care for the hearts of the people of Rio Grande do Sul.
About 25% of the state’s population has been treated at the Institute over the past 10 years. And in each of those cases, one message remains:
“We have a place in your heart.”
Chosen as the key phrase of the campaign, it reflects how the Institute of Cardiology cares for so many hearts. Every day, around 780 appointments are carried out at the Institute.
The proposal was to turn numbers into lives.
