In Spring 2024, the city of Caen and Calvados Attractivité stepped into the spotlight with a bold campaign imagined by Asgard and Abyss Production, inviting Parisians to discover Caen-Calvados through a fresh and immersive lens.
Blending humor, creativity, and cinematic storytelling, the agencies crafted a three-part video saga where everyday life unexpectedly transforms into moments of escape: a living room becomes a cycling path, a bathtub turns into a canoe adventure, and a grocery store evolves into a countryside harvest scene.
Through these playful and visually striking situations, the campaign conveys the idea that the Caen-Calvados lifestyle is already within reach — no preparation needed, only the desire to reconnect with nature, the sea, and a slower pace of life.
Carried by the tagline “Vous êtes déjà prêts / Ready already,” the films reimagined the region’s identity with a modern, vibrant, and unexpected tone.
Broadcast across major French TV networks, 345 cinemas, and social media platforms, the campaign expanded beyond the screen through dynamic teasers and street interviews designed to spark curiosity and inspire new beginnings.
