Pigs are flying in South Africa — because inDrive finally added cashless payments.
That’s the starting point of “Cashless”, a new inDrive campaign built around an unusually honest admission: the brand was late to card payments, and instead of hiding it, made that the idea. Developed by inlab, inDrive’s in-house creative team, the campaign uses the familiar idiom “when pigs fly” to bring the launch to life through two audience-focused films for passengers and drivers, combining absurd humor, self-irony, and a distinctly South African tone. The flying pigs themselves became part of the craft story too — created through AI-led design and animation by the in-house team, then manually composited into the final films.
