After 10 years in Kazakhstan, inDrive didn’t launch a typical anniversary campaign — instead, the brand offered a heartfelt “Rakhmet.” In a market shaped by growing national pride and a preference for local values, inDrive and its in-house agency inlab understood that gratitude speaks louder than any promotion.
Kazakhstan was inDrive’s first international market — a testing ground, a home away from home. So rather than focusing on numbers, the team chose to honor people. Every user who trusted them with their journeys. Every driver who made the service possible. Every competitor who helped shape the market. And every moment — big or small — that brought the brand closer to the communities it serves.
“Rakhmet” became more than a word. It became a cultural bridge. A fully localized campaign that embraced the Kazakh language, patterns, and the tradition of giving thanks — turning a 10-year milestone into a tribute to the country that helped build the brand.
This was not just an anniversary. It was a celebration of connection, trust, and belonging. A decade of being not just in the market, but of it.
