HIT 'Coliving' is an apartment building in Brazil that offers its residents a shared way of living. It was designed in a way that residents may share the building's leisure and service areas, such as laundry facilities. It allows people to live in the city center at an affordable price, with access to all the essential services at the condo. We created the name and brand identity for HIT release on the real estate market. The concept is to have each letter share some part with the other two letters of the word HIT, generating several brand versions. The result is a dynamic, vivid and highly adaptable brand. The visual signature can be applied in numerous formal and chromatic versions without losing its identity.
