SeLoger launches an immersive real estate experience in the metaverse with its new communication agency: Interruption.

It is a first: SeLoger is offering to visit a flat in the metaverse, that is part in real life of a future real estate program put up for sale by real estate property developer Quartus.

It is on the occasion of special private sales of new property developments organized by SeLoger and Veepee, that the brand, together with its new communication agency Interruption, thought about providing an exclusive additional service to future buyers.

Interruption had a simple insight: for buyers of a flat that is part of a real estate program, it is not always easy to project themselves into an apartment that isn’t built yet, but could become their future home.

The metaverse also makes it possible to bring the experience closer to reality by providing interaction with the real estate agent, who is essential to the buying process.

Indeed, by using the Oncyber chat, the agent will be able to present the flat and its advantages, and for the buyer to ask him questions during the visit. The real estate agent will thus be able to provide much more information, which would not even exist without his presence, and which simply does not exist during basic virtual tours.
