What happens to everyday life, relationships, and well-being in a family when screen time is replaced with time in nature? That’s what Swedish Orienteering Federation want to explore in the campaign “Screen for Screen.” (the orienteering flag Is called screen (skärm) in Swedish).
They are now in the search for a family willing to test life beyond the scrolling. Over the course of five months (December–April), the family will swap part of their screen time for nature time. The federation will follow and document their journey to see how it affects their daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
