Uddeholm has worked with sustainability for many years, although historically they haven't communicated much about it. As part of this effort, Markant was tasked with creating a sustainability campaign in conjunction with their initiative to have a climate neutral month in their production – and to present their net zero tool steel, which was the result of this investment.
The purpose of the campaign was to highlight their sustainability efforts and demonstrate that everything they do is based on real actions, not just empty promises about future visions. Most importantly, it aimed to showcase what they are accomplishing during the climate neutral month and the results of those efforts.
The campaign was carried out in several stages. The first stage was to highlight their sustainability work during their climate neutral month.
For the campaign, we developed a visual style intended to stand out and make an impact. It was designed to evoke their own production while also clearly hinting at their sustainability efforts.
The campaign has appeared in Swedish daily press, both locally and nationally, in digital and print formats. It has also been featured on social media and at Uddeholm's own website. It will also be shown internationally across various channels.
