When inDrive needed to launch a driver acquisition campaign across Mexico and Latin America, the challenge wasn't creative — it was structural. How do you speak to drivers in 17 different cities, each with different offers, different mechanics and different contexts, without rebuilding everything from scratch for every market?
We built an AI-powered production system that turned 2 original videos into 18 localized adaptations and 54 total assets — fast enough to hit a tight regional launch window, specific enough to feel local everywhere.
