If you are in the day-to-day trenches of using work-related SaaS, the benefits of having 24/7 human support are pretty clear to you. No wonder you got all friendly and chatty with Clockify’s support team. But, how does your spoiled, unemployed roommate perceive the pleasantries you exchange with our 100% human agents - like a new romance perhaps? This was the gist of our comedic premise.
This film is one half of a creative experiment: the same script, the same brand truth, handed to two directors to see how their visions change the meaning.
The campaign explores how directorial vision shapes emotional experience and proves that genuine human connection in customer support is real, no matter how you frame it.
