Insight:
Based on competitor research, we developed a strategy and approach for the Bio-essence brand when launching the Bio-Water Vitamin B5 Gel and Bio-Water B5 Moisturizing Gel. Our focus was on addressing the issues faced by Asian women with damaged, dry, oily, and sensitive skin.
Impact:
The campaign was built around the message of "Energy Recovery for Damaged Skin" and an impressive product image developed by Knock Knock. We spread the message of the product line through various omni-channel communication tactics to reach users. As a result, the brand achieved impressive success, with significant increases in sales and positive feedback from users.
