Dickpics for a good cause

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young adults (15-35 years) (source: Arc Foundation). However, young men do not have the reflex to go and see a doctor. Only 26% of men consult a doctor regularly and many diseases and infections are diagnosed too late. Surprisingly, however, young men seem less shy about sharing their intimacy in other circumstances, when we know that 50% of women have already received a non-consensual dickpic. With this context in mind, CerHom, the leading men's health association in France and partner of Movember, has decided to launch a prevention and awareness campaign during this cancer prevention week to motivate men to consult more regularly.

How can this be done?

By capitalizing on the only time when men voluntarily show their attributes...
When they are alone in front of their cell phones, they send dickpics! A real social phenomenon and sometimes even a problem when they are sent in a non-consensual way. On dating apps in particular, many men send dickpics in an inopportune way as a courtship.

The idea: to hack men who send unsolicited dickpics on dating apps, by creating fake profiles. When a man sends a dickpic, the fake profiles send him a generic reply: "Hi Simon! Upon close examination of your photo, it appears that one of your testicles is swollen. This could be a symptom of an infection or cancer. Please consider seeing a doctor and for more information, visit”He is encouraged to send his dickpic by whatsapp to 06 98 81 73 51 for an anonymous and free consultation or to inquire on the website
