As an initiative towards nurturing the youth and connecting them to the banking industry, Emirates NBD, Dubai's largest bank and one of the leading banking groups in the Middle East, offered school students an interactive one-day, on-the-job experience into the world of banking with Banker for a Day. The aim of this program is to give the youth first-hand access to how a bank works, the professions practiced within the industry, and insight on how rewarding it can be as a career path.
