Caro Alch1m1a

You simply don't need your 'Oil on board/Oil on canvas' headline.

Your brand tagline suggests 'ART'

That's all you needed.

That's 'pure minimalism'.

Something about the nephew's new computer. Something about a few lira to put back for college. Something about "Hey what does this button do?" Yes, I'm getting a very strong signal now.

This campaign is released in italian and it sounds so: "olio su tela". This is something you find in the artwork description, usually under the artwork.

Adverstising from Italy, non inspiring, non creative, non nothing. How this kind of ad could be posted here?

I'm sorry you didn't like it. It's hard to translate it into English, because in italian there are so different shades in a line... Thank you anyway for passing by.

Same thing here:
Oil, in italian, only means "olive oil" (or oil on canvas - "olio su tela"). So there's no connection with fuel (we call it "petrolio")... unfortunately translations are never the best way to explain the highest meaning...

I'd say thank you for your attention, but you're not paying attention.

Just having fun.
I know exactly what you're trying to say in your ad.
Oil brand = fine art.
It's simply the visual pun you've chosen is not clever or original.
The headline translation is not important.
Pensare di più :)

:D I see there's a huge misunderstanding here. Oil, in italian, only means "olive oil" (or oil on canvas - "olio su tela"). So there's no connection with fuel (we call it petrolio)... unfortunately translations are never the best way to explain the highest meaning...

Thanks for your attention, have a nice day.

Alchimia, it's not about misunderstanding. This ad is bad in english language as much is in italian.

DIDASCALICO,

Pubblicare questi annunci!

Mah?

Buongiorno,
noi non abbiamo pubblicato la campagna su questo sito. In ogni caso, DIDASCALICO era proprio l'effetto che volevamo ottenere. Senza aggiungere altro, puro minimalismo. La regola di non dire quello che già si vede viene infranta proprio per questa ragione. Ci spiace non abbia incontrato il Suo gusto, ovvio. Ognuno ha il suo pensiero... grazie per aver commentato.
