Created for the 2022 Young Ones Brief Competition. We were tasked with launching audiobooks for Spotify in a way that resonated with Gen Z. Because it is hard to get Gen Z's attention, we decided to create Spotify Stories, an audiobook experience Gen Z can't ignore. Spotify Stories enable audiobooks to grab your attention by transforming your world as you listen, with in-app VR that lets you see elements from the audiobook as you listen. This new feature is advertised on Instagram stories with a filter that automatically updates with more story elements as you listen to your audiobook, a collaboration with Minecraft that lets you build worlds as you hear them, and an outdoor interactive board that puts you into the audiobook.
