Your signature meal, in Spanish is called "Plato Bandera" (Flag Meal). By playing with this words, we realized that technically it becomes a signature meal once you conquer and mastered that meal. Something that could be represented by actually putting a flag on it. But, in Nicolini, a brand dedicated to teach Peruvians how to prepare several dishes, we want to encourage every young Peruvian to go for the next conquer. Not to settle with just one flag on a specific meal, but to go for the next one and the next one.
