Description
To communicate the success of the "Paperless Serra" Program implemented by the City Hall of Serra (a program for process automation and document digitization), we have created a billboard to announce the achievement of the milestone of 100,000 processes fully digitized by the municipality. This accomplishment has resulted in a significant reduction in paper usage, cost savings, streamlined processing times for various procedures, and has also contributed to environmental conservation.
In the billboard, to emphasize the idea of paper savings, two-thirds of the piece are left empty, while only the lower third, on paper, displays the main message of the campaign.
