Made with love, just like your grandma’s cooking! McDonald’s new Homestyle burger range is sure to get Nanna’s seal of approval. Therefore, in collaboration with our friends down at TBWA, we were tasked with creating a video that evokes the vibe and feeling of having a homecooked meal made by your nanna by means of a quirky and unpredictable video concept. We follow two friends at McDonald’s, spot one of their nanna’s enjoying a meal, ordering from the kiosk, serving customers—she’s everywhere. Therefore, with a quirky concept and some clever VFX, we were able to showcase how the new Homestyle burger range is wholesome, delicious, and 100% approved by Nanna’s everywhere—literally!
