Making land investment tangible is not an easy task, as many people still struggle to see the medium and long-term results. CBL is a Brazilian company that sells land plots. After we closed the year 2024 with a growth of over 85% in sales, we began 2025 with a different way to draw people's attention to investing in plots.
CBL's new campaign shows society that buying a plot is an investment that secures the future. To do this, we brought in several famous regions that were once less valued – being large areas of empty plots. The photos feature images of unexplored land and show that, initially, everything was just a piece of land. Today, these are upscale areas where even renting can be quite expensive.
