Destination Swap

Agency: Garabato

Description

Paraguayans dream of traveling abroad.
In fact, over 70% of travel searches in Paraguay focus on international destinations, especially places in Europe and Mexico.

But very few consider what’s right in front of them.

During Easter Week the country’s biggest travel season thousands of Paraguayans plan trips, often looking outside the country and spending up to 30 times more than a local alternative.

So Senatur decided to swap destinations.

We placed iconic international locations side by side with strikingly similar landscapes in Paraguay revealing a powerful truth:

What feels far away… is actually much closer and far more affordable.

From Petra to the Jesuit Missions.
From European waterfalls to hidden local cascades.
From Mediterranean caves to formations just a few hours away.

Same beauty. Different destination.

Because sometimes, the journey doesn’t start at the airport.
It starts when you see your own country differently.

This professional campaign titled 'Destination Swap' was published in Paraguay in April, 2026. It was created for the brand: Senatur, by ad agency: Garabato.
