Marklinica partnered with Val LLC to turn haircare into a packaging-first ritual of expression one built on nostalgia, texture, and attitude.

For VAL’s women’s range, we drew from the visual energy of the ’90s and blended it with modern grooming intelligence. The result? A brand that feels playful, proud, and powered by memory.

We didn’t treat the product as packaging.
We treated it as a statement.
Labels combine gradient pastels, bold graphics, and typography that pops giving each bottle a voice on the bathroom shelf.

Visual direction captured motion and tactility: slick textures, close-ups, vibrant layouts. Hair isn’t just clean it’s in movement.

Marklinica’s art direction focused on the duality of care + confidence.
Soft lavender, chrome highlights, unapologetic pink VAL’s palette speaks femininity redefined.
The brand narrative reframes “wash day” from routine to ritual; from maintenance to moment.

From shampoos and masks to limited-edition kits, every touchpoint lives in the VAL world a world where your hair doesn’t just get done.
