Wow, now I really want meat. This ad was well intentioned, but it just feels bizarre.

As a vegetarian, I don't want to be reminded of the fact your core product is meat.
Out of all the reasons for going veg, most vegetarians cite animal welfare as the most important issue. That being said, making your veg-friendly products look like animals is probably not the best idea.

digital agencys shouldn't try print.
This approach is not new. However I think this could draw a lot of veggies' attention. Not bad.

That's sick

i dont think vegetarians want anything to do with meat!!

You all talk about veggies as if they had fobia to the animals. Pfff! This is a juck!! Even Veggies understand the juck

I mean, veggies arn't gonna cry when they see this
This is weird... it´s the same idea of the Greenpeace campaign about genetically modified food. Just for the reflexion.

LOL, nice signature line. :)
um, dont think the idea is the same at all for the greenpeace ad - that one's saying genetically modified vegetables have hidden side effects that may or may not be fatal.

Good idea, bad Art Direction

Very nice!

Surely the vegimal should be eating a piece of meat, rather than lettuce.

This is not the same final Art from the Campaign. Who changed the proportions and added the ugly grey frame???
The Headline is also gone... :(

This is an interesting example of perspective by incongruity. If McDonald's was trying to make veggie burgers appetizing to their target audience (vegetarians), perhaps they should reconsider the idea of arranging the vegetables in the shape of a cow..

I think McDonalds didnt want to reach the target group of vegetarians.
The idea was to say: "There arent only unhealthy meat products at McDonalds.
Try the veggie product... it tastes as good as meat!"
Right?
why would they even want to point out how unhealthy their meat products are?

useless dumb ad
