Changi Airport is embracing the excitement of the World Cup with *Where The World Comes To Play*, a new short film featuring members of Singapore’s national football team alongside a cameo appearance by local football icon Fandi Ahmad. Released across the airport's social media channels, the film stars national team captain Hariss Harun, head coach Gavin Lee, and players Jacob Mahler, Shawal Anuar, Kyoga Nakamura and Tyan Foong as a football travels through some of Changi and Jewel's most recognisable attractions, including the Rain Vortex, The Wonderfall and Dreamscape.
Beyond the film, Changi Airport is extending the celebration through a series of football-themed experiences for travellers and visitors. Free live screenings of matches will take place from June 12 to July 20 at Terminal 3's public viewing area and in transit lounges across all four terminals, creating communal spaces where fans can come together to enjoy the tournament atmosphere.
Interactive activities will also be available throughout the airport, including the Football Champions Trail at Terminal 3, where participants can complete football-inspired challenges and quizzes to unlock shopping and dining rewards. Transit passengers can take part in skill-based games for the chance to win prizes, including Changi Rewards points. Together, the initiatives reflect Changi Airport's efforts to celebrate the global appeal of football while enhancing the experience of the many fans travelling through Singapore during the tournament season.
