In 2024, Turkish people lost more than 30 million euros in visa fees because of rejected applications.

This means 1 out of every 7 visa applications was rejected.

To solve this problem, Hepiyi Sigorta launched a new service.

It is Visa Rejection Coverage inside their Travel Health Insurance.

To promote it, a campaign was created.

The campaign targeted people in Istanbul who want to travel to Europe.

People who plan trips to London, Pisa, or Berlin…

But sometimes their visa is rejected, and their travel plans are ruined.

The campaign showed this disappointment in a visual way.

It matched famous places in Istanbul with famous places in Europe.
• Istanbul’s nostalgic tram with London’s red phone booth.
• Galata Tower with the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
• Atatürk Monument in Taksim Square with Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.

The message is simple:

If your visa is rejected and your vacations plans fall through you can get your visa fee back.
