In the “everything fast” era, waiting in a restaurant is an act of love. You wait to be seated, you wait to be attended, and you wait for your meal. To keep waiting?

Nearly 70% of surveyed diners admit they’d rather wait to eat than go without ketchup, and 60% of them are willing to wait up to 9 minutes if that ketchup is Heinz.

We created a campaign where the leading role of Heinz is based on that’s missing. It doesn’t matter if you’re hungry, if your dish is getting cold, or if your company is already eating…If you’re willing to wait, it has to be Heinz.
