Small market "sunroom" advertising is as typical as it gets. All Seasons Sunrooms in St. John's, NL wanted to get the attention of people who hadn't considered what a sunroom could add to their property. We pitched an unconventional video that spent the first 15s of the ad focused on a middle-aged man getting ready to hit the beach (and ends with 20s of him dancing 🕺).

The client was nervous, but took the leap – and the pay-off for that bet was huge. People on social and TV viewers at home were delighted by the smooth moves of our Jimmy Buffett-loving protagonist, whose sunroom helped him enjoy a beach-like experience, 365 days a year.

With inquiries pouring in from social, web and phone, the owners couldn’t be happier that they decided not to settle with a boring, safe ad, but took the risk on something that people would notice and remember.
