In this Eid film, a daughter (Puteri) brings her mother (Mak) from the outskirts to live with her in the city in an act of filial piety. But Puteri soon comes to realise that she can give Mak, the most important treasure in her life, a sense of purpose and dignity by empowering her mother to live where and how she wants to.

Rumah Mak (Mum’s Home) is not just where Puteri’s mother lives; it is an extension of a meaningful life Mak has built for herself. And it was a way for Khazanah Nasional to show what they do to protect people’s way of life.
