Description
Ōura has named England footballers Harry Kane and Declan Rice as its new global brand ambassadors, launching the partnership with ‘Ready?’, a campaign that explores the physical and mental demands of elite competition ahead of the World Cup and the domestic football season. Created by nice&frank and directed by Louis McCourt through Love Song, the film playfully questions whether the two stars are truly prepared for football’s biggest stage.
Set across streets, cafés, snooker halls and garages throughout England, the campaign features members of the public acting as armchair pundits, repeatedly asking the pair, “Are you ready?” The tongue-in-cheek approach reflects the intense scrutiny faced by top athletes while reinforcing the idea that preparation extends far beyond training sessions and match days.
The campaign highlights how the Ōura Ring 5 helps athletes optimise sleep, recovery and overall wellbeing, positioning rest as a crucial component of peak performance. The partnership builds on Ōura’s growing presence in elite sport, following collaborations with Team USA, the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and US Soccer, while supporting Kane and Rice as they prepare to lead England through one of the biggest tournaments of their careers.
