Created pro bono by Brave, the campaign celebrates the importance of inexperience and create young people with a hunger to succeed, breaking through misconceptions that academic background and work experience are a barrier to entry within advertising. The Ad features graduates from the 2018 school. Brixton Finishing school is a 12-week digital accelerator programme that provides skills and real-world advertising experiences to young people from underrepresented groups, with a goal of encouraging more diversity in the industry.
