There are more than 5,000 registered airlines in the world, but very few can say they carry a syllable as powerful and familiar as “Pa” (short for “papá” in Spanish) in their name. In Latin America, only one: Copa Airlines. And even though it’s always been there, this Father’s Day we decided to give that small detail a greater meaning to pay tribute to those who have always inspired us to take flight.
That’s how this series of prints was born, featuring close-ups of Copa Airlines’ aircrafts, highlighting the “Pa” we’ve been flying around the world for decades. The campaign reclaims a visual detail and turns it into a universal celebration connecting culture, affection, and brand with a single syllable: Pa.
