For Movember, we challenge the traditional notions of "being a man". We believe that being a man means embracing your strength, not just physically, but emotionally too. It's about understanding that real strength is found in vulnerability, in being open about your mental, physical and emotional health.
Through this campaign, we harness the famous inside cultural phrase to spread the word for what it actually takes to be a man.
