In 2023 there was 22% female participation in film, according to a study conducted by the Center for the Study of Women in Television and Film (CSWTF). Which is a data that is increasing in a world that resists change.
That is why Motorola TV Ecuador gave the spotlight to these women behind the credits of the audiovisual productions. From directors, scriptwriters or sound engineers, we do notice you.
