Description
Haventree Bank has partnered with creative studio newkid to launch a brand refresh and campaign supporting the debut of its new digital bank. Directed by This Was Needed and produced by Fela, the campaign builds on the meaning behind the bank’s name by combining the sense of security associated with a “haven” and the growth represented by a “tree”. This idea now shapes Haventree’s visual identity, tone and overall brand positioning.
The campaign centres on the line, “Money doesn’t grow on trees, but it does grow like trees,” turning the familiar saying on its head to encourage a more patient approach to financial growth. Rather than promoting the pursuit of quick returns, the creative argues that lasting financial success comes from stability, care and allowing growth to develop over time, much like nature itself.
The films bring this philosophy to life through three interconnected visual stories: a researcher representing knowledge and trust, a child symbolising optimism and possibility, and a wanderer exploring a forest as a reflection of the rewards that come from patience. Together, the campaign reinforces Haventree’s refreshed identity with a cinematic, human-centred approach that positions steady, sustainable growth as the foundation of its new digital banking offering.
