Similar to the already released “Hank,” “Jimmy,” “Georgia,” “Erin” and “Pete” spots, “Marcel” follows a professional driver as he uses Microsoft 365 with Copilot to personalize every customer experience. By leveraging Outlook to keep track of customer preferences, schedules, and past interactions, Marcel is able to tailor his routes and greetings for each passenger, helping him deliver a more thoughtful and seamless experience while managing the demands of a busy business during the World Cup.

The spot launches on June 16 in the U.S. with a linear run, with additional full-funnel media support rolling out across markets throughout the tournament. A targeted media plan began in the U.K. on June 12th.
