It doesn’t take a lot to help someone. Even if you don’t think you’re up to it, you’d be surprised by how simple it is to level up your skills and support a friend. To promote Jack.org’s youth mental health initiative, Be There, Rethink created a series of short online videos that show young people unlocking video game–style achievements for practicing small, simple gestures to support friends who are struggling with their mental health.
