Description
Soccer demands more and more from its players, and the last season was the most intense in terms of the number of matches. In addition to the physical and mental strain, the pressure exerted by traditional socks can cause cramps, inflammation, and injuries, affecting players's performance and health.
To help with this issue, Adidas presents Free the Tension, the first socks designed to improve circulation for soccer players. Inspired by the shape of the Adidas logo, they feature strategically placed perforations based on calf size, allowing for better circulation and comfort.
The launch featured Jude Bellingham, a pioneer of the trend of cutting socks, who wore them in a key match to raise awareness about the importance of physical well-being in sports.
Free the Tension not only captured global attention with millions of views but also helped prevent hundreds of injuries, tackling a latent but previously overlooked issue in the soccer world.
