In a country overwhelmed by noise, FILBo 2026 chose to listen.

For the Bogotá International Book Fair, in a year shaped by political tension and social polarization, we transformed silence into a cultural statement.
Inspired by India as Guest of Honor, we created “Listening to each other is reading each other”, a concept that redefines reading not only as words on a page, but as the human act of understanding one another.

Using a graphic system built through moiré and lenticular effects, each piece merges two identities: the reader and ourselves. Through shifting lines inspired by open books and sound waves, individual portraits and FILBo’s iconic symbol become one shared image.

Because in times when everyone wants to be heard, true transformation begins when we choose to listen. FILBo 2026. Listening to each other is reading each other.
