Dunkin' Refa surge como respuesta a la problemática de desnutrición crónica que afecta a gran parte de la población guatemalteca. Consiste en la creación de un menú nutritivo permanente que se integra a la rutina del grupo objetivo y conecta sus decisiones de consumo con un impacto social positivo.
