Description
Kaizen Adv created "Directromes" for the Romero Foundation, a completely free, specialized program designed for public school principals in Peru.
The initiative was born to recognize those leaders who do whatever it takes to move their schools forward. Because even though their work often looks like magic, it is actually the result of leadership, management capacity, and the resourcefulness to solve problems with what they have.
Through this campaign, the Romero Foundation empowers school principals, providing them with the necessary tools to maximize their impact on education in the country.
Note: "Directromes" is a creative blend of "Directores" [School Principals] and "Tromes", a Peruvian slang term used to describe someone highly skilled, expert, and exceptionally competent at what they do.
