"Did you mean Hellmann’s?” hacks the one place where words are shaped nowadays: people’s keyboards. Now, whenever someone types 'mayonnaise', their phone knows what they really mean: Hellmann’s.
Because it's not mayonnaise. It's Hellmann's.
