For Democracy Day, we created this ad to highlight the theme of choice—a concept that ties both to the spirit of the day and the KFC experience.
We thought, what better way to reflect the power of choice than by linking it to something people decide on every day: their KFC order. So, we reimagined a ballot paper, with chicken buckets as the “candidates”—8, 12, or 21 pieces.
The visual is clean, familiar, and easy to connect with. The headline, “The power to choose is in your hands,” brings it all together, drawing a fun parallel between civic freedom and everyday decisions.
This idea came to life with strong input from the brand manager, who helped shape the concept and direction, making sure it felt relevant but still light-hearted.
