While almost half of people admit to asking AI for medical advice, a significant 44% portion also express doubts about these tools' reliability.
Responding to ChatGPT's campaign promoting AI as a universal answer, we strategically intervened to tackle trust head-on. We 'hijacked' OpenAI ads with a crucial caveat: for trusted health advice, you should always chat to your GP.
Our approach used reactive OOH advertising to re-establish the GP as the authoritative source for well-being and trust, and highlight the severe risks associated with relying on AI tools built for engagement, not patient safety.
