A burger that probably needs no introduction. Big Mac is, in a word, an icon of McDonald's. Now available in two new variants: Big Mac Bacon and Big Mac BLT. But that's not the end of surprises – from today, the secret sauce of Big Mac can be tested… not only paired with the iconic burger!

Big Mac is an exceptional item in every respect. We're talking not only about its unique taste and closely guarded sauce recipe, but also about the origin of the ingredients. Available in Polish restaurants, the Big Mac burger is made from products straight from local suppliers – beef from a supplier near Ostróda, buns baked in Michałów-Reginów, and lettuce from Niepruszewo near Poznań.

What if we enrich the Big Mac burger with slices of bacon and tomato? That's exactly how the classic in a new edition, namely Big Mac BLT, was created. Another item in the limited offer is Big Mac Bacon. Is it still a Big Mac? Yes, but with additional bacon! The new variants of the iconic burger are not the end of good news. From today, guests of McDonald's restaurants in Poland can order as a separate item the legendary Big Mac sauce, which has one of the most closely guarded recipes and makes literally everything taste better. But to try the novelties, you have to hurry – the offer is limited in time.

Big Mac is such a cult item that it can be used to emphasise uniqueness, even among other categories. The iconic status of the burger has become the theme of McDonald's new campaign, which includes TVC and other marketing activities covering media, social media, influencer marketing, and OOH advertising. The strategy, creation, and production of the commercial are handled by the DDB agency, while Lucky Luciano is responsible for production. Media planning and buying are entrusted to the OMD media house, and social media is managed by Dentsu Creative (Isobar). PR and influencer marketing activities are carried out by the 24/7Communication agency.

 McDonald's Poland started its operations in 1992, opening its first restaurant in Warsaw. Currently, there are over 550 network restaurants in Poland, employing over 33,000 people. Over 90% of them are facilities run by 100 independent entrepreneurs under a franchise agreement with McDonald's.
