“Aquí Sí Pasa” (“Here, it happens”) became a 360° communication platform built with all Bogotanos, turning them into the voice of their own city.
Through film, outdoor, social media, and on-the-ground activations, the campaign celebrates a city where things truly happen: works get done, people connect, and hope takes shape in everyday life.
It’s not a government talking to citizens — it’s citizens talking about their city.
