In a new radio campaign, Burger King leverages real, actual 911 calls from its guests to invite feedback (and score a free Whopper in the process) through the Burger King Customer Experience Program
Not having it Your Way at Burger King is an emergency. And some Guests have taken to calling 911 in hopes of remedying the situation. Now the brand is using those calls to invite Guests to share their feedback to an audience that is genuinely interested in hearing it: Burger King itself.
The campaign redirects Guests to the Online Customer Experience Survey. Every time they make a purchase at Burger King, they can visit www.bk-feedack-eire-com, complete the survey and get a free Whopper at the next purchase. Way better than calling the police, right?
