Done by google in a better way. They did a campaign on this idea.
They had billboards with all this codes.
They also dropped some name cards or something like that in the lobby of a convention hall..and on the back of those name badges there were codes....something like that. That was cool and I guess that campaign won some awards as well.

There are really excellent designers who program. Doesn't make you nerdy, just means your logical and you like to make cool things happen by writing code.

I don't think it's new.
On sourceforge for example many ads have there information placed in pseudo code.
The good thing is you know the one who wants to sell or hire is as geek as you.
You really need puzzles in otherwise pseudo code ads just suck.
This puzzle is a bad one because you can google it.

The question I have is how much experimentation is okay? This seems too much of an experiment in ceativity. Doesn't every field of work have its own codes and language? if we use that particular idiom does that make it creative? It is like talking of economic dynamics in a stock trading company's job ad. It can be repeated for every and any field.
