This piece of communication may raise awareness but doesn't give me a reason to care.

It feels like once they thought of their visual pun, they figured they were done. There is no real message. No call to action. No benefit of what these people do. That is the line between an attempt at winning awards and actually making an effective ad. The copywriter and CDs let the side down.
