Remember, the 5-6 of us here probably love advertising/marketing, and we're giving this ad the time of day because it's our thing. Other folk? Hmm I dunno.

In order for these to be effective, the audience would have to see these in a series AND the medium needs to be somewhere they're stuck in and so it makes sense for them to focus on the ads. For example, they'd be perfect inside a subway car, or subway platform. I'm guessing that's what BIC intended.
