I'm pretty sure the Heineken one had nothing to do with this one. The throwing of the beers is in a totally different context and appears for a split second in the Heineken ad.

It would be like saying "well their commercial is about beer and so is the Heineken commercial, therefore they ripped it off."

I think this one's very nice, subtle, downplays the whole "crazy lifestyle" you see so much in beer ads these days. Really like the Heineken ad as well but gave this one an 8.

Dear guest, I said 'a tiny smudge'. Never said it was a total ripoff, hold your horses man! I also like the Heineken one but the screaming men at the end give me the shivers. Every Heineken ad ends that way since 'Walk-in-fridge' which was epic by the way. Nuff said.
