To celebrate World Art Day, Betclic is honouring and remembering some memorable moments in the history of sport that can be transformed into authentic works of art.
From the last-minute offside, to the play that leads to the goal that gives an unexpected victory, all moments are proof that sport is also art, especially the most unlikely ones that end up in big betting wins.
At the centre of the action is commentator Gabriel Alves, who, over the course of three films, visits the works of art he has on his walls at home - paintings that represent iconic and exciting moments in sport that have been decisive in winning bets and have become something special for those who have won them.
Because art is subjective, what is art to one person may not be to another. Everyone has their own unique and memorable moments and Betclic has decided to turn them into works of art. To this end, it has also created a landing page - available at www.obrasdeartebetclic.pt - where anyone can submit their moments and eternalise them in artistic images.
